Existing Client Information

Appointments are generally scheduled weekly. A typical session is 50 minutes.

Cancellations require you notify Mary Lee Zetter at least 48 hours in advance or a fee will be charged. Naturally, in the rare instance of a true emergency in which you are unable to contact us in advance, you will not be charged. However, if this occurs more than 3 times, she will need to charge you.

Fees and payment schedules: clients pay for each session at the close of each session.

Phone calls: please, only call your therapist between sessions if it is an emergency or to change an appointment. While there is no charge for a brief call, longer telephone consultations may be pro-rated.

Emergencies: We make every effort to be available for emergencies. The numbers shown above are provided in the event that you cannot reach Mary Lee Zetter during normal business hours.
