Warm greetings, friends! πŸ˜ƒ By way of short introduction, my name is Jonny and I’ve been with amBi for a good couple months now. Many of you may have been noticing a shift in consciousness recently, a formidable β€œSpiritual Shift,” where people are focusing more on becoming more peaceful and loving with themselves and others, often turning to alternative forms of medicine for healing. With that said, this could also be a time where some people are experiencing more periods of stress, anxiety, sickness, and pain.

You are not alone, my friends. πŸ˜ƒ Please allow me to share one of my dearest passions with you all; meditation. The Shambhala Center over in Eagle Rock has invited us for a Group Meditation on June 2nd, 2016, that will be open to all! It does not matter if your meditation experience is at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level; we all share a commonality of ONENESS when we meditate together.

The Shambhala Mediation Center at Eagle Rock is a warm and loving place filled with positive vibes, and most importantly it is a safe environment with no discrimination towards gender, race, sex, color, and/or identity. The art of meditation we will be focusing on this evening is Shamatha or "calming of the mind meditation." Here are the details below!
