PDF is hosting a fun, coed, INSANITY Live Class for all ages and all levels! Beginners more than welcome!

Class is $12 to attend.

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED! Wear shoes with good support, if you want to bring your yoga mat you can, and a water bottle is highly recommended. Hope to see you there!
