"We're going to be hosting a pot luck/open discussion about what it means to not be bisexual, and be in a relationship with someone who is. As many of you know, I'm pretty involved in all things ambi and many lgbt related issues. What we're going to talk about really depends on who is going to show up, but here are some things that could be on the table... other than food... : Where do bi spouses fit in to the bi community? The different dynamics of being in a relationship with someone who is bisexual? How our fears, concerns, encouragements can connect or disconnect our partner from the bi community?
I don't have any, let alone all, of the answers to these questions, but that's why I'm inviting you smart people and your loved ones. I know that ambi has been an inclusive family for not just Cindy, but myself as well, and I want to make sure others in similar positions know the resource and support that this group offers.
RSVP's on this might be a little tricky if the ambi member can't come, but their s.o. wants to, so just rsvp and leave a comment if it get's confusing. This is open for everyone, but, again, geared towards the straight, gay, lesbian, and anyone else who doesn't feel that they fall under the bisexual umbrella, but love someone who does."
