• What we'll do
The hike is considered an easy level with a guided path, stairs, and a few small steeps. Please be sure to take a comfortable pace. The host(s) of this event isn't/aren't professional guides, just people who enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors. The host is going to do their best to stay with the main group, but if the pace is too slow for you, feel free to split up and go ahead.
Alternately, don’t be embarrassed to ask for the group to slow down or take a break. We understand that people of all athletic abilities may want to be a part of the interactions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We recommend bringing water, snacks, and anything else you think you might need.
In addition, it may become busy during the weekend, so we recommend carpooling or taking public transportation. This park has many events going on, so the event organizer will notify everyone through Meetup if there are any updates. If you have any questions, feel free to send a message to the host(s).
• Important to know
Parking can be difficult, so we highly recommend using public transportation or a rideshare service.
If the weather isn't cooperating, the organizer will notify all attendees in advance and reschedule.
We'll be waiting at the visitor's center until 2pm. If you're running late please let the organizer know ahead of time, otherwise we may start without you.
Please Note: To keep our events running smoothly, amBi takes RSVPs seriously, and as such ask that you update your RSVP in advance should your plans change and you're not able to attend an event. No shows may impact your ability your participate in future events.
