Diets don't work - we know what does! That is why our program is unique - something you can't get anywhere else!

Our new program helps improve your lifestyle and addresses health issues including weight and emotional well-being.

Our focus is not so much on diets - why?

  • look around - every one of us has tried one or more diets and perhaps lost weight in the process.
  • then shortly afterwards the weight comes back with a vengenance!
  • surely by now we all know what you eat and how much you exercise contributes to not only your weight situation but your general health... so why do we allow ourselves to get overweight?
  • but then being overweight is a symptom, and not the root of the problem. Even though we look at a diet to control our eating and hence our weight, what really controls our eating is how we handle our emotional responses to daily situations.
  • as others have said, "It's not what you eat, but what's eating you!"

Our program helps you change eating behaviors... not through strict, strange or inconvenient diets, but through behavior modification techniques - methods proven to work and work well.

  • builds on your successes in dealing with how you handle emotional stress through counseling;
